When you decide want to spend forever with someone, you want forever to start now...
Russ and I met many, many years ago. 10 years ago in fact and we have been together pretty much that entire time. We were high school sweethearts despite living 25 miles apart and going to different high schools.
We met through mutal friends and are very thankful for them today. After dating for 8 1/2 years, on October 19th 2007...Russ proposed.
Russ grew up in St. Paul and after high school attended Metro State to get his Bachelor's in Business. He now works for a large company based in MN and works in logistics...planning their warehousing and shipping of products.
I grew up in Forest Lake and "some time" after high school, Russ gave me the push and the confidence I needed to attend nursing school. He supported me in every way possible and I am now a proud graduate of Anoka-Ramsey's associate nursing program. I am an RN at a hospital in the twin cities that boasts being a level 1 trauma center and I LOVE every minute of my job (even the stressful and/or not so fun parts of the job).
We now have a townhouse in Forest Lake where we have two cats (who are our babies). We really love our lives right now.
